I have taken cake decorating classes before through my local craft store and I loved them. It has been a while since I have made any cakes. I think the last one was for my kids’ birthday party in January! I am starting to plan their next joint birthday party and will be making the cake again. I am happy that Craftsy is offering the free online Cake Decorating class: Modern Buttercream. I am hoping it will help me refresh my skills.
